Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you need to return your purchase because of the wrong size, or you have changed your mind and the item is still in its original condition. Just send it back to us for a full refund or exchange.  We would love to know why you are returning it so we can improve our product for you.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  We suggest you just print out the email that you received on purchase.  Or you can forward the email back to us with the tracking number of the goods so we know who it has come from.

If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days.

What to do if your refund is Late or missing?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, then:

  1. First, check your bank account.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. Check with your shipping carrier that the product has been delivered.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and no refund will be given if the returning item is found to be:

  1. Not in its original condition - No refund or exchange will be given
  2. Has been damaged through wear and tear by you.  - No refund or exchange will be given
  3. Returned after 30 days has elapsed from the date of purchase. - No refund or exchange will be given.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if no shipping tracking has been supplied to us.

If you notice that a package was damaged in transit, please refuse the goods and inform our customer service. If you were not there when the item was delivered, please contact customer service to discuss the next steps.
