- Transit Times International: 4 - 5 Weeks for all International deliveries

We mail Australian orders for Erin, Jamie and Kate Bras only through Australia Post. All other products come directly from the manufacturers overseas.
We are unable to change the delivery address once the shipment is on its way. If you need to change the area where your goods will be delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your purchase at Thankyou@braeasy.com or phone +61 456- 747-555
If you change your mind before receiving your order, you may cancel at any time before the goods is sent. If your order has already been sent, please review our refund policy.
Australian deliveries typically take one to two weeks and international delivery are typically four to five weeks due to the impact of COVID on the delivery network.
DELIVERY UPDATE: As you can appreciate, we're receiving a high number of orders so there may be a slight delay in receiving your purchase/s. Our team are working as quickly as possible to get your order out for delivery. We thank you in advance for your understanding and patience and are excited for you to try your new BraEasy purchases.
Some products are shipped with Australia Post delivery service these are our Erin, Jamie and Kate Ranges. These typically take one to two weeks due to the impacts of COVID on our courier network.
Other products are shipped directly from manufacturers all over the world. Typically these take three to four weeks due to the impacts of COVID on our courier network. A signature is not required by the receiver of the goods for delivery within Australia unless otherwise stated.
In the event that there is no one at residence to accept the delivery our couriers will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address or if the driver believes there is no safe and secure location the order will be taken to your closest Post Office to be collected by you at a later date. A delivery card with instructions will be left in your letterbox. If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended at your nominated residence, please select the “signature required” during checkout. Then, if you are not home to sign for your order, it will instead be taken to your closest Post Office for collection by you at a later date.

All deliveries to International destinations will require a signature on delivery. If there is no one at the residence the order will be taken back to the depot or a third-party courier whichever applies to your location for collection.

Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. Customs policies vary from country to country and with the exception of New Zealand will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars.
If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. BraEasy cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. If you choose to refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and BraEasy will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
